Built between 1993 and 1998 thanks to Turkish financing, this huge mosque has a large dome and four minarets. The interior patio is marble. The large prayer room is surmounted by painted domes. It is often empty, even at the time of prayer. Only the period of Ramadan attracts some faithful.
