ORTHODOX CHURCH

It was founded in 1978 as the main Orthodox church in the heart of Kazakhstan's vast steppes. Built in brick, it comes in the form of a cross plane at the centre of which a octagonal dome is erected, each side of which is pierced with stained glass windows. Recently renovated, as well as the park planted around the building, it is an excellent promenade, which must not make you forget to stroll in the surrounding streets, lined with old Russian wooden houses with one or two floors.
