MUSEUM OF TRADITIONAL KAZAKH ARCHITECTURE

This museum is one of the city's attractions. Within the park have been reconstructed a good dozen traditional Kazakh houses, different periods and different regions. The houses are nature-sized, furnished and decorated. The museum lacks a little explanation in English, and you don't always know the origin of the houses. But the place has a lot of charm and allows you to discover many different architectural styles and different lifestyles. Russian pioneer house, yurt… everything goes on, with its interior furniture and its period atmosphere.
