Homestay located just a few minutes from the main railway station, offering clean rooms with modern comforts

Very well located, a few minutes from the central station, between the city center and the beach, this B&B is a good address if you are stopping in Pescara. The rooms are clean, pleasant and have all the modern comforts (air conditioning, television...). The breakfast buffet, in the main room, is rather simple but allows you to start the day on the right foot: muesli, yogurt, cookies, buns... The welcome of the two sisters, Gaia and Martina, who manage this B&B is friendly. And Martina speaks very good French!

Super endroit. Idéalement placé au cœur de Pescara. À quelques dizaines de mètres de la mer et de la gare.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko stacji kolejowej, morza, na głównej ulicy z barami, restauracjami i sklepami. Plus za samodzielne zameldowanie. Przyjechaliśmy do obiektu po północy i nie było z tym problemu. Pokój był czysty, zgodny z opisem ze strony internetowej, codziennie sprzątany. Mieliśmy widok na główną ulicę, ale okna były szczelne, po zamknięciu nie słychać było żadnego hałasu. W pokoju jest klimatyzacja, ręczniki, suszarka do włosów. Jest możliwość pozostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu. Śniadanie to słodkie przekąski, kawa, herbata, soki. Pani właścicielka szybko odpowiadała na wszystkie pytania. Polecam to miejsce!

Ein grossflächiges Zimmer mitten in der (autofreien) Innenstadt, zwischen Bahnhof und Meer. Trotzdem es so zentral ist, war es in der Nacht nicht laut draussen. Das B&B ist sehr sauber, hat einen hellen Essraum mit Zugang zum Balkon. Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut, mit Yoghurt und Müesli - in der nähren Umgebung gibt es diverse Orte, wo man frisches Brot kaufen kann (das fehlt im Angebot vom B&B).

Es gibt einen Lift vom ersten Zwischengeschoss (ca. 10 Treppenstufen) bis in den ersten Stock - dort hat sogar mein Kinderwagen eingepasst.
