ALBERGO ALLE VECCHIE ARCATE ^{* * *}

The location is great! Though you cannot arrive with a car to the hotel, but the town is pretty small and any parking nearby where permitted will be max 5-10 min walk to the hotel. There is a small mini-market near to the hotel and a number of shops, bars and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and welcoming at the reception and all around hotel including at the breakfast. The breakfast is typical Italian - mostly sweets, coffee, very limited any other options, but almost all sweets are home made. Some complain the breakfast is not self-service buffet, but we did not find it trouble for us and we did not have any issue with very nice staff at the breakfast service.

The rooms is rather small, I mean we booked a small room, but it felt even smaller, though the bathroom size was decent. The noise isolation is non-existent and it felt like we were at grandparents house for Christmas that the house was full of families and kids running around and screaming all the time, banging doors, etc. That was the biggest issue for us as well as the price, but we booked last minute and did not have much choice.

Ottimo soggiorno in montagna...nel centro storico di Pescasseroli.....completa e soddisfacente colazione con prodotti artigianali di ottima qualità... gentilezza..professionalità...e disponibilità del personale sono state qualità fondamentali x la nostra vacanza.

Una notte qui... confortevole e pulito...personale gentile e ricca colazione...camere silenziose e nel cuore di Pescasseroli ...ottimo direi...l'hotel ha anche la sala ristorante ma noi non abbiamo usufruito di questo servizio...complimenti
