Terraced monastery with a splendid view of the mountains and fields.

This beautiful building, built in 1222, was once the home of the Cistercian monks, the spiritual branch of the Templars. The former function of each room inspired the owners. Thus the former wellness room became the gym; the refectory, the restaurant; the dormitory, the bedrooms. The monastery offers a splendid view. Located a few kilometers from Fossa, isolated in the nature, it is the ideal place to rest and travel in time.

Quando hai un sogno tanto grande difficilmente tutto può andare come hai desiderato invece grazie a Gianluca,Cristina,Marcello e il suo staff tutto può essere anche meglio di come lo avevi immaginato!dopo un mese ancora ci sono invitati che ci ringraziano per l’esperienza culinaria e emozionale che gli abbiamo regalato e noi non possiamo che girare a loro i complimenti ! Amo questi luoghi da quando sono nata. Ho sempre pensato, chissà se da Milano mi sposerò mai nella mia terra. Così è stato. Ed il Monastero ha reso possibile tutto questo. Un luogo UNICO, MAGICO. Gestito con amore e grandissima professionalità da Gianluca e Cristina. Hanno saputo seguirci e consigliarci. Grazie di tutto. Nei giorni precedenti, il ricevimento non è mai stato fonte di ansia perché sapevo che sarebbe andato tutto bene e così è stato: un’organizzazione impeccabile, anche a detta di tutti gli ospiti. Un grazie anche allo chef Marcello Spadone che ha reso tutta la cena indimenticabile. Sposatevi assolutamente qui!
