Mausoleum with sculptures, capitals and friezes of ancient monuments in Gaeta.
Built in 22 A.D., cylindrical in shape, 13 m high, this monument dedicated to a Caesar general is crowned with a frieze with warrior emblems. A decoration that refers to the military career of the Roman knight whose master was Cicero and who was a close friend of Augustus. Inside the mausoleum are gathered sculptures, capitals and friezes of the ancient monuments of the region. Very beautiful panorama from the top of the small hill where the monument is located.
