Situated in an impressive old and beautiful tufa cave, with a pleasant piano bar. On the menu: grilled meat, wood oven baked pizza, homemade pasta... A tasting menu is entirely dedicated to chianina meat (an ancient Italian breed of cattle bred mainly in Tuscany, but also in Umbria). Outside there is a terrace on one of the most exquisite squares in the city. Excellent wine cellar and Umbrian specialities. One of the best addresses in town, with one drawback: the service leaves something to be desired..

ここには1000を超える洞窟があり、大昔はランプ用のオリーブオイル製造所だったり、お墓だったり、倉庫として使っていた。
今ではこの洞窟を利用したレストランもよくある。
こちらはその一つで、洞窟の雰囲気が良く出ている。
この街の名物はウンブリケッタというパスタ????
小麦粉に水を混ぜたうどんのようなモチモチした太いパスタ。
他の街ではあまり見られないので是非試してみてください。
