COMMUNAL PALAZZO

Affected by the 2016 earthquake, the town hall is under reconstruction. It will be equipped with seismic isolators and, since the disaster, the Civic Tower has been restored and inaugurated in 2020. The lower part of the municipal palace and its portal reveal the conservative style that accompanied the administrative buildings of the 14th century. The large balcony and the upper part were added 5 centuries later. Inside, the Priori Chapel, where the reliquary of St. Benedict was kept, and the large Council Chamber are not to be missed.
