Abbiamo noleggiato delle e-bike presso questa struttura, Silvia la responsabile è molto simpatica ed è stata gentilissima e attentissima. Ci ha spiegato tutto: per noi che era la prima volta è stato molto utile. Le bici sono belle e i posti meravigliosi!!!! Abbiamo visitato la città perduta di Vitozza. Gran bella domenica in famiglia! Grazie per tutto.

Es la segunda vez que me alojo en el hotel. La primera vez fue el año pasado durante mi luna de miel y quedé enamorada, por eso volví con mi abuelo porque necesitaba que conozca este lugar increible y quedó fascinado y con ganas de volver! No solo Sorano es un pueblo hermoso, sino que la atención del hotel desde que llegas es excelente. Están atentos a todos los detalles para que pasen una estadía inolvidable. Desayuno abundante, actividades para realizar en el pueblo, degustaciones, restaurant con productos locales, habitación muy amplia con vistas preciosas, baño y camas comodísimas! En este caso no teniamos auto y nos organizaron un transfer desde y hacia Florencia muy comodo! Cristiano y Silvia tan amables y serviciales, les agradezco mucho por recibirnos y dejarnos siempre con ganas de volver. No duden en alojarse en el hotel della fortezza!

Una bella esperienza in una fortezza del XII secolo restaurata molto bene, con stanze molto belle, pulite e arredate con gusto, unendo lo stile antico con qualche tocco di moderno. la vista dalla nostra camera si affacciava sulla vallata con un panorama molto bello.
Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione ed il cibo era molto buono e giuste porzioni.
Il personale è stato molto gentile e premuroso dandoci anche delle Informazioni per visitare i vari luoghi.
