Nous y sommes restés deux jours. Notre chambre n'était pas prête. Nous avons été transférés dans une chambre plus petite, adaptée aux personnes handicapées. En tant que client non handicapé, je ne m'y suis pas senti à l'aise. Tous les éléments de commande étaient compliqués. La salle de bain avec toilettes pour personnes handicapées a débordé lors de la douche, malgré la fermeture de la cabine de douche. Le personnel était très désagréable et repoussant. Nous avons dû quitter la piscine extérieure après 5 minutes. Le barman était complètement dépassé et apportait sans cesse de mauvaises boissons. Le buffet était plutôt confus. Je ne veux plus y aller.

Superbe hôtel avec de nombreuses possibilités de sport et de loisirs. Nous y sommes allés en automne 2021 pour terminer la saison.

Très bon service, étonné par la courtoisie et certaines attentions, comme un chenil et des gamelles pour les animaux.
Excellent petit déjeuner pour tous les goûts.

Endroit calme pour passer du temps à se détendre. Très bel établissement, avec 2 grandes piscines, plusieurs restaurants à l'intérieur.
Notre séjour a été parfait. La belle chambre, bien meublée dans un style moderne, avec une super salle de bain.
Nous avons mangé au restaurant Granace et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Excellentes matières premières et personnel très sympathique.
