In this small, unpretentious bakery, you'll find good old-fashioned homemade bread, made with natural sourdough and baked over a wood fire. You'll also find rye bread, soy flour bread, seed bread and corn bread, as well as breadsticks and pizzas. We loved the classic plain focaccia, but also the rare wholemeal focaccia. Vegetable focaccias with zucchini, onions, potatoes, sage and rosemary are ideal for filling a small hunger. And for those with a sweet tooth: cantucci, sweet bread (pan dolce), jam tarts...
