Located in the oldest part of Pisa, on the edge of the Arno River and right next to Garibaldi Square, this establishment was founded in 1837 by Pasquale Piegaja. Originally, this hostel was called Royal de la Victoire, but the many British tourists who were coming there eventually convinced the direction of the time to rename Royal Victoria, in particular to Queen Victoria, then contemporary Queen Victoria. The hotel is now managed by the same family that maintains this masterpiece classified as historic building, for its unique and distinctive architectural characteristics. The foundations of the main tower date back to the th century. A look at the different lounges and antique furniture is worth a visit. Also observed, the era telephone booth that makes it possible to call the world.

Se amate il vintage, gli edifici antichi che hanno una storia da raccontare, questo è il luogo giusto.
Un Hotel affascinante, dove anche la colazione con i vecchi piatti e bicchieri che riportano indietro nel tempo hanno il loro fascino e regalano una semplice e non convenzionale colazione.
Sicuramente un luogo dove tornerò volentieri.
Abbiamo pernottato 3 notti presso l' hotel e in tutto il soggiorno non abbiamo avuto acqua calda!
La prima volta che lo abbiamo comunicato alla reception ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero trasferiti in un altra camera, dove subito dopo abbiamo scoperto fosse già stata data ad altre persone. Subito dopo ci è stato detto di andare nella doccia di servizio, nella quale l acqua era sempre fredda (ci hanno fatto perdere 2 ore di tempo facendoci girare l hotel alla ricerca dell acqua calda inesistente)
Al momento del check out abbiamo parlato con il titolare dell hotel esponendogli il problema, il signore è stato molto maleducato con noi alzando il tono della voce..
Esperienza veramente orrenda e poco professionale!!
