As in most hotels in Pisa, the rooms are small, but the location of this centrally located hotel is a good excuse for one or more nights. The air conditioning works well in the 27 rooms. The hotel is set in a former Ducal palace, completely restored to meet the classic standards of comfort.

Siamo stati qualche notte per capodanno, beh il livello è pensioncina, nn si può definire hotel. 100 euro a notte senza colazione...pulizia diciamo che lenzuola e asciugamani erano puliti. Comodo per la posizione

Przede wszystkim lokalizacja super . Dla osób , które przygotowały się na całodzienne zwiedzanie i w hotelu tylko będą nocować.
Lokalizacja wynagrodziła wszystkie niedogodności ????
Pościele swieże, wyprane, pachnące. Znalazłyśmy w szafie cieple koce na chłodne grudniowe noce. Klimatyzacja działała. Wi-fi działało.
Na minus:
Prosiłyśmy o pokój z dwoma osobnymi łóżkami, a dostalysmy jedno wspólne.
Lodówka nie działała, był problem z zamknięciem drzwi do pokoju od środka.
Pokoik maleńki, tylko na noclegi.
W weekendy w nocy słychać nocne życie na ulicy.
Brak śniadań. Nie brałyśmy żadnego bonu do pobliskiej Caffeterii. Znalazłyśmy fajne śniadania w DolcePisa .

The Hotel has clearly seen better days - the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, you won't get breakfast but can buy a coupon for a nearby café - you are most likely cheaper just going to the café without the coupon.
However, the location in the old part of the City is great - about 10 minutes by foot to the tower.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, und die Lage im Zentrum der Stadt ist perfekt. Im Hinblick auf den günstigen Preis waren wir auch mit dem Zimmer und dem Frühstück (im Café nebenan) voll zufrieden.
