Relais dell'Ussero enjoys an enviable location in the ^15th-century Villa di Corliano, on a slope of Mount Pisano between Pisa and Lucca. Perhaps the most beautiful building in the Pisa area, surrounded by centuries-old parkland. It's hard not to fall under its spell The rooms are bright, the ceilings high and some decorated with frescoes. Furnished with period features but without superfluity, you come here to enjoy the atmosphere. An exceptional address, with restaurant.

Posto esclusivo, importante ed accogliente. Bellissima la location e la facoltà che offre per gli allestimenti all'esterno. Ottimo il servizio Catering realizzato dalla ristorazione presente sul posto. Qualità del cibo, delle materie prime,piatti ben presentati. Ottima organizzazione gestire le aree per aperitivo e cena in zone attigue...Personale preparato e cordiale. Zona all'esterno adibibile alla musica dal vivo.

Chiariamo: seppur pulito ed amorevolmente tenuto, non vi aspettate un albergo moderno con tutti gli “accessori all'americana", la mia camera ad esempio aveva un condizionatore portatile.
Ci sono due erte rampe di scale.
I prezzi son cresciuti ed invero non è più cosi conveniente

Ma se ritenete di poter apprezzare un esperienza coinvolgente, emotivamente e culturalmente, in un ambiente realmente storico, con camere d’epoca, concedetevi un paio di notti in questo piccolo albergo.

Ottima colazione, ottimo aperitivo (extra)

Nei: letti scomodini ( letti / materassi da aggiornare) bagni ciechi e, seppur recenti, non proprio impeccabili.

Infine due suggerimenti:

- Provate il ristorante “Osteria all'Ussero da Antonio” inserito nel parco della villa: si mangia veramente bene (dolci artigianali inclusi!) e a prezzo onestissimo.

- Se non amaste l’animazione verificate che non vi siano concomitanti ricevimenti nuziali.

Visita culturale con il Conte che ci ha fatto da cicerone. Molto interessante e particolate con la possibilità che sia nata in questo luogo la storia di Frankestein. Da visitare.
