Pasta lovers must stop off at this pretty spaghetteria. On the menu: pasta, pasta and... pasta! The chef focuses on fresh ingredients: homemade pasta and fresh stuffed pasta. This little restaurant is located in the historic center of Pisa, behind the San Pierino church, on the piazza Cairoli (ex piazza della Berlina). The house specialty is giropasta: a tasting of a choice of four pasta dishes served in Tuscan-style pans. A good idea if you can't decide!

Excellent pasta but too much waiting time for the food and dessert to arrive. I recommend it though.

Absolutely stunning atmosphere. Food was unbelievable. Prices were more than on par for the quality and service. Highly recommend if you can get a table

Il ristorante propone piatti a base di pasta, di ogni tipo (pasta fresca, pasta secca, pasta ripiena) preparati con sughi saporiti e abbinamenti ricercati. Interessante la proposta del 'giro-pasta', forse unica in città, per il costo di 25€ a persona. Nota di demerito però per le quantità della formula, non sufficienti a saziare i commensali, nonostante siano previste 4 portate. Probabilmente dalla cucina non avevano calcolato le quantità per le 4 persone che eravamo. E' giusto dire che nella formula è incluso il coperto, l'acqua, il dolce e il vino della casa (una bottiglia per 4 persone). Tutto sommato da provare, ma sicuramente la prossima volta sceglierò il menù alla carta.
