Set in a period palace with stone vaults, in the historic heart of Pisa, this welcoming restaurant offers menus of di terra (earth), di puddle (sea) and greenery (vegetables), good, original and at very fair prices. It is one of the best tables in the city, set in a very refined historical setting, which combines tradition and creativity. The presentation of the plates is just as well worked out and successful. Reservations are strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.

Ein sehr schönes Lokal im Zentrum von Pisa mit einer Auswahl von verschiedenen 4 Gänge Menüs zu einem unschlagbaren Preis von unter 40 Euro. Bei Bedarf lässt sich auch ein Gang Austauschen mit den A la carte Speisen. Gepaart mit der großen Auswahl an exzellenten Weinen (Hauswein 1/2L 10€) bietet dieses Lokal ein unglaubliches Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Das Restaurant ist in jedem Fall einen Besuch wert und man sollte gespannt sein auf die Raffinesse der Speisen und Vielfalt der Geschmäcker.

Esattamente uno di quei posti che è bellissimo scoprire quando sei in visita a Pisa. Osteria autentica (non turistica), piatti belli e goderecci e servizio splendido. Ci sono stato per pranzo: ho provato le tagliatelline ai pioppini, ottime, e la selezione di formaggi toscani, azzeccatissima. Menzione d’onore al dolce fuori menu che mi è stato proposto dal proprietario: una panna cotta fatta in casa al mandarino incredibile. Il ristorante offre opzioni vegane/vegetariane. Prezzo perfetto. Eccellenti!

Locale piccolo ma molto carino e accogliente. Il personale sorridente e molto gentile . Abbiamo assaggiato antipasto di carne e formaggi buonissimi. La carne tenera cottura giusta, servita in tempo e in ordine. Torneremo di nuovo.

It’s delicious! We have ordered sliced beef and roasted calamari, wine and a dessert, absolutely loved it! The restaurant has a Michelin star from every year since opening and definitely deserves is, even though it’s affordable (we paid 30 per person with wine by glasses). Recommended.
