3 star hotel with all the modern comfort with terrace and pleasant rooms with their height under ceiling.

This 3-star hotel is located in an old villa dating from 1850. It offers all the modern comforts: garden, terrace, solarium, television, indoor parking, air conditioning... It also has its own restaurant, correct, nice and not too expensive. On the bedroom side, the beautiful ceiling height is very pleasant, and most of them have a sea view. Even if the painting deserves to be redone in some places, Hotel Italia remains one of the best addresses in Marina di Massa.

Central location for visiting both Cinque Terre and Florence plus Pisa and Lucca. Quaint old place with rests of original stucco on very high ceilings, rooms with sea view and a first floor terrace facing the beach. Staff strive at exceeding your expectations.

Ha tutti i pregi ed i difetti di un edificio storico che ha più di 110 anni.
Top come fascino e posizione e servizio.
Non ha l'ascensore e gli infissi fanno "passare" qualunque rumore esterno.
Va amato per quello che è un Vecchio, Grande, Bellissimo,Brontolone...
