PALIO DELL'ASSUNTA

The Palio dell'Assunta is the other most famous major horse race in the world, along with the Palio di Provenzano, which is held on July 2. A grandiose show, a piazza del Campo transformed into a racecourse, an electric atmosphere and Sienese pride at stake!
