I am enjoying my 23rd stay @ Hotel Garden, Siena - My rating is “EXCELLENT’ for a long list of reasons: 3rd generation granddaughter Luisa Stasi is actively involved in the hotel each day as she elegantly floats - stylishly garbed - throughout her property — The historic main building has sizable rooms -with views of Siena.
The “#La Limonaia” restaurant offers #Tuscan #specialties cooked with great #professionalism by the #award #winning Chef #Andrea Guerrini. Uno schifo: il personale, i prezzi e le condizioni igieniche

Siamo giunti dinnanzi all'hotel e a prima vista è sembrato un posto molto raffinato e curato, rivelatasi poi una mera illusione poiché le stanze erano piuttosto sporche e mal curate, (mi è capitato di trovare due scarafaggi nel lavandino).
Passando ad altre problematiche riscontrate con il personale scortese che ci ha "invitato" a pagare ulteriori denari.

Colazione ottima in un ambiente molto gradevole. Le stanze sono arredate che con gusto, il personale è molto gentile. Davvero ottimo.

My husband and I have arrived here today after being in Rome and Florence where service and staff have been so delightful and kind.
Firstly we arrived in the rain and no one would help us with our suitcases or even give us a trolley to wheel it down to our room which was quite far.
For a 4 star hotel also, the rooms are outdated and look like a grandmothers old house with no amenities inside.
We called reception and kindly asked the front desk for a knife to cut salami and they brought up a butter knife.
After realising this was the case I called reception and asked if I could please have a sharper knife because I needed it to cut salami as mentioned prior- And they brought a better knife.

About 30 mins later I realised there were no cups or wine glasses in the room and my husband and I wanted to have a glass of wine (and I have never stayed in a “4 star hotel” that Dosent have glassware in the room anyway)
Reception tells me to call the bar which was a 3 meter walk from the reception desk.
I call the bar and the man brings the glasses.
After he brings them to me he say “that will be a 6 euro charge”
I said for what?
He said “for me to bring them to you room”
I said I just wanted glasses to have a drink.
He says “you want a knife, then another knife, now glasses so that will be 6 euro”

There was a lot of rudeness and attitude in the tone and I have never experienced this at a hotel. So I called reception to argue this and tell them you don’t say this after the fact; especially when there should be glassware in rhe room anyway and he was quite argumentive but agreed to wipe the charge at the end because I told him to come and collect his glasses if that’s the case.

I also just wanted a glass of ice and I knew better then to call reception so I walked to the front desk to ask. I kindly asked the woman at the front and she said to ask the bar ???? I stood at the bar for 5 minutes and there were 3 men about 10m away who saw me and ignored me. So I walked out and the woman saw me walk out empty handed and didn’t even care to ask.

Also just went to plug in our universal adapter and the PowerPoints don’t fit and they had only 1 adaptor to give us that fits their PowerPoint. We have done so much travelling by the way and have never experienced this

By the way I have only been here for 4 hours and never written a bad review in my life.
So definetly don’t recommend

시에나 관광지 근처에 위치. 풍경도 좋고 객실 크기도 괜찮음. 도착하면 짧은 돌길을 지나야 함.

Gita in bici da solo. Hotel bello con box per la bici. Bel giardino. Da mettere in agenda per un altra visita alla città.

Ottimo hotel in posizione strategica, già le camere standard sono ampie e complete, il personale è gentilissimo e preparato unica pecca è il caffè con le macchinette a colazione!

Bellissima scoperta alle porte di Siena: un hotel elegante ricavato in una residenza storica da cui, in soli 20 minuti, é possibile raggiungere il centro storico di Siena. Ho soggiornato in una struttura leggermente dislocata dal corpo centrale: camera ampia e pulita. Colazione abbondante. Parcheggio comodo e gratuito. Da ritornarci con climi più miti, per poter usufruire anche della piscina.

Villa antica con ottima posizione vicino al centro. Camere curate e pulite, bagni molto puliti e ampi, servizio eccellente e gentile, colazione con ampio buffet variegato, fornito anche di prodotti vegani e per intolleranze. Se dovessi ritornare in zona, so già dove alloggiare . Complimenti a tutto lo staff.

Hotel in villa storica in posizione tranquilla, a 9 minuti di auto dal centro storico e mezz'ora a piedi. Staff colazione voto 10, pulizia voto 10. Prezzo/qualità ottimo. Oltre la villa, ci sono due dependance, io nella Casabianca, suggerisco vivamente mettere la moquette nei corridoi perché si sentono le valigie rullare sulle piastrelle. Avanti così.complimenti .
