Are you more of a Carne Diem today? So hurry, go to Panzano, to Dario Cecchini's, the most famous butcher in the world! It's quite an experience. Here, the large tables line up on the terrace, the atmosphere is particularly friendly. And we are fans of the "Mac Dario" formula: a copious 250-gram piece of beef, cooked with blood (very red!), served with caramelized onions, potatoes, tomatoes and salad. Simply delicious. Last advice, you can freely bring your own wine!

My vegetarian wife took me to this place for my birthday. It was an awesome experience. Warm and pleasant atmosphere. Great table wine and the meat is delicious. There is a vegetarian menu, it is simple but excellent.

Come sempre la convivialità e il mangiare dell'ottima ciccia fa di Dario Cecchini un attento cultore. Da anni che ogni volta che vengo a Panzano, la sosta per il pranzo è d'obbligo. Ovviamente non si torna a casa senza la scorta di carni da cucinare sulle braci a casa.

Veramente fantastico! Carne di primissima scelta, non amo la carne, ma questa era fenomenale pure per me. L'ambiente è molto conviviale, si condivide tra persone in quanto ci sono lunghe tavolate a cui ci si siede tutti insieme. Tante chiacchiere e convivialità, due ore volate.
