Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in town. Located in the historic heart of Pistoia, this osteria boasts a simple, light-hearted atmosphere. On the other hand, the menu is no laughing matter, and may well surprise you. Chef Simone Parra prepares a delicious traditional seasonal cuisine, based on local specialties but with a modern and unusual twist. The " Orecchiette alla mediterranea con acciughe, olive, mozzarella, pomodorini e maggiorana " are a must-try! A young, lively team that we can't help but support!
