l'office de tourisme se trouve en plein centre de Florence juste à coté de la gare de train et coin de rue. Là vous trouverez toutes sortes de documents à prendre pour découvrir Florence et ses environs. J'ai acheté aussi la carte détaillée de la ville.Les personnes qui sont à l'accueil parlent français, par contre le lieu est assez petit .
