The atmosphere is chic, urban and resolutely contemporary, for example: the flat screen TV with flames in the living room on the first floor. The breakfast room, complete with an inner courtyard, is very pleasant.

L’unico motivo per cui non tornerei, che dal bagno usciva una puzza terribile, i tubi dello scarico bagno e doccia non erano stati riparati, forse perché eravamo con un cane ci hanno destinato quella camera, abbiamo chiesto un cambio e non con molta gentilezza dalla reception hanno risposto di no. Ci hanno inviato un spray con profumo che non è servito a nulla perché in realtà la soluzione era chiudere quella camera per un paio di giorni per fare una approfondita manutenzione.

Camera pulitissima, arredi semplici ma molto carini. Il personale che fa la pulizia carinissimi, in sala colazione tanto da mangiare e molta simpatia di chi con gentilezza fa bene il suo lavoro. Ho visto sicurezza e questo è un punto valioso.

Manca alla reception un po’ di gentilezza e più criterio. Siamo stati tre giorni in compagnia di una bella puzza in camera che non meritava cambio forse perché il cane in altre non era adatto.

Loistava, keskeinen sijainti. Huone oli pieni, mutta siisti ja toimiva. Sänky, peitto ja tyynyt olivat todella hyvät. Kylpyhuone oli ihan ok, vaikka suihkutila olikin hieman pieni. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen todella monipuolinen! Miinusta annan äänieristyksestä, mikä oli erittäin huono. Naapurihuoneen sähkölukon ääni ja ovien kolahdukset herättivät. Lisäksi siivooja tuli imuroimaan ja siivoamaan aamulla kello 9 naapurihuonetta todella äänekkäästi.

Sono tornata a Fieenze per farmi un week end con le amiche , e per la seconda volta ho alloggiato in questo albergo!

È sempre un piacere tornare in questa città …ma soprattutto in questo Hotel! Ottima la pulizia , il personale tutti molto educati , gentili e disponibili! Ottima anche la posizione !
