Rather pleasant 2 star hotel offering comfortable rooms.
Built on an ancient Roman amphitheatre, very close to the magnificent basilica of Santa Croce and 100 meters from Piazza della Signoria, this 2-star hotel does not look like much, it's true. The building is rather pleasant but the entrance with its neon lights does not attract the eye. However, the interior is neat and impeccable and the rooms are comfortable, even if the decoration is a bit lacking. Its location pleads in its favour. As well as the great kindness, the availability and the professionalism of the team.

Es un hotel familiar, se ubica en una calle por detrás de la plaza Santa Croce. Está cerca de todo lo importante: de la plaza de la signoria fuente de Neptuno, del porcellino, del ponte vecchio, y a 15 minutos de la catedral de Florencia. Está rodeado de restaurantes y tiendas. Sus habitaciones son muy sencillas pero están muy limpias, tienes caja fuerte, no hay armarios pero hay percheros. El desayuno está muy rico. El personal de 10, son muy amables y atentos, te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. Te dejan guardar la maleta hasta que te vayas. Un hotel muy sencillo pero con una limpieza impecable y un personal extraordinario.

They accommodated us at the very last minute. This after a booking mistake at a nearby hotel and arriving in the evening and struggling to find accommodation. Gabriel and the rest of the staff were amazing in taking care of us on a daily basis.

La ubicación del hotel es insuperable, en pleno centro de Florencia, pudimos visitar todos los sitios de interés turístico caminando... la habitación muy limpia, el trato del personal fue increíble, muy atentos y educados.. nos informaron sobre los sitios a visitar y nos dieron un mapa que usamos para visitar todas las plazas, museos y basílicas... muy agradecidos con todo el personal del hotel,
El desayuno muy bueno, y el café estaba genial...
Estamos muy contentos con nuestra visita a Florencia, , hermoso lugar...

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lage ist unglaublich gut und zentraler geht es kaum.
Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Parkplatz gleich in der nähe.
