Hotel near the Archaeological Museum with a very nice surprise.

Close to the Archeological Museum, just a few steps from the Accademia, this hotel reserves a very good surprise: It is a former fully refurbished convent that has been able to value its rich past. A room retains as ex-chapel the frescoes representing sister Domenica del Paradiso, anti-Savonarola, whose bust carries the crocetta, small red cross. The 10 rooms and the reception are all furnished in Liberty, xviie and xviiie style (carpet, tables). Some rooms have a small tree veranda. Others offer their original Florence posters of yesteryear, or the authentic embroideries of the cloitrated sisters who lived in these places!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel has a well-conserved and clean vintage decoration, making us travel through time. They serve great breakfast. And mainly, they have really helpful employees, especially Cristiano and Roland. I recommend.

What a wonderful place to stay. We had a room with a private courtyard. Breakfast was splendid. Probably the best thing was the concierge, Christiano. Professional, intelligent, patient. He made fine recommendations and gave us a wonderful overview of what to expect in the city.

Hôtel très bien situé dans un endroit calme et proche des points touristiques de Florence.
La chambre était très bien avec une petite terrasse très agréable.
Le personnel est très à l'écoute et compréhensif, un grand merci à Roland pour sa gentillesse et sa sympathie.

I've never been to the Ritz but the service, helpfulness and dedication of the staff cannot be better than here. An absolute pleasure, great breakfast good location just about perfect
