A beautiful guarantee of peace and quiet amidst the bustle of Florence's historic centre. The rooms are quite spacious and bright. A nice surprise at the sight of the name that doesn't sound very Florentine.

Camera disastrata, non ci siamo fatte la doccia perché nella parte bassa era ricoperta di muffa, abbiamo fatto notare più volte che l'asse del water era rotta e rotta è rimasta.
Per concludere in bellezza hanno voluto farci pagare una cifra maggiorata rispetto a quella scritta su booking inventando che la nostra prenotazione non risultava (peccato che la avevo sia sul telefono che stampata e che ci hanno dato la camera con il nome della prenotazione booking).
La receptionist del check out veramente una pecca, gli altri che abbiamo trovato almeno erano gentili!
