Worst hotel I have ever stayed at, rooms were dirty, service was poor. This hotel should not come close to a 4 star hotel.

Definitely doesn’t warrant 4 star status. Bathroom needs upgrading. The room we stayed in had a very tired bathroom - a lot of black mould and damp patches.

On the upside, breakfast and the hotel location is decent.

Cute hotel, very good breakfast and nice staff!

The rooms are very tiny and sometimes hard to move inside. Also, my room stank from the drainage system. It seemed to be a general problem in Florence as I could smell it here and there.

Good hôtel regarding proximity to the centre, commodities and specially a very kind employee named Ahmed who provided cool and wonderful ambiance in breakfast room moreover the good capuccino he served. What is just regrettable is the lack of different choices in TV, no internet connection in order to switch from italian channels to YouTube or any other internet channel.

Habitaciones polvorientas, la amabilidad del personal deja mucho que desear, y el desayuno escaso. Sin duda no es un hotel de cuatro estrellas.

Per il mio compleanno abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel, ottima colazione. Molto vicino al Duomo e Piazza della Signoria.

Hôtel à fuir !! Rapport qualité prix plus que NUL ! Désastreux, l’emplacement est plutôt correcte mais un petit déjeuner « buffet » facturé à 30€ par jour c’est vraiment pas normal, une isolation sonore des plus inexistante, la salle de bain à faire peur aux plus courageux (si vous avez le malheur de tirer la chasse d’eau le soir soyez sûr que vous réveillerez même le dernier étage), en rentrant un soir, je vois devant la chambre dans un petit fauteuil 2 femmes dont l’une tirait des cartes pour l’autre, scène lunaire alors que je voulais juste entrer me reposer mais NON puisque isolation inexistante j’ai eu le plaisir d’écouter le « destin » de la femme désespérée.
Cerise sur le gâteau, les femmes de ménage qui rentrent SANS FRAPPER à 8H un samedi, je leur dis de ne pas rentrer puis reviennent 20min plus tard (a 8h20) SANS RETOQUER et rentrent ! (Un samedi matin !!), il n’y avait même pas de pancarte « ne pas déranger » ou autre ! Bref mérite pas + de 1 étoile (et encore)

Dormito per 3 notti. Mi stupisco per le sue 4 stelle, lo reputo al massimo di 3. Tutti gli ambienti sono striminziti ed abbastanza obsoleti. Sembra di viaggiare nel passato. A differenza del personale della reception che è da 4 o anche 5 stelle. All'arrivo avevo accennato ad una ricorrenza che festeggiavo con mia moglie , dopo due giorni in camera ho trovato un biglietto di auguri con qualche leccornia. Da professionisti dell'accoglienza!

Esperienza positiva.. in zona centralissima si trova questo bellissimo boutique hotel molto curato nei dettagli ottima la pulizia in tutti i locali. Anche la colazione ben assortita ed organizzata. Consigliato
