Hotel de grand prestige is undeniable. Everything responds to the call of the canons of modern luxury hotels. Staff fold each time in four to answer questions from visitors. The rooms are beautifully arranged and most of them have their own balcony. The ceiling height gives an extra stamp to the parts. Art and decorating lovers will appreciate the small details, such as wooden furniture attached to certain furniture, or the pinkish and very relaxing tonalité of the lobby.

Persoana de la recepție vorbește toată noapte la telefon. Nu am putut dormi. Lipsa de respect și tact față de nou, de parcă ar fi la el acasă. Nu recomand nici gratuit.

위치는 좋으나 리셉션 직원들 표정이 다 굳은채로 일하며 친절이라곤 찾아볼 수 없음.

심지어 밤에 우리 방 문열고 들어옴.
내가 화장실에 있어서 바로 문쪽으로 가보니 그 직원은 사과하며 나갔지만 어떻게 밤에 함부로 고객의 방에 들어올 수가 있는지 이해불가.

그리고 방이 너무 노후화가 심하여 나무가 군데군데 썩어있어 리모델링 할 필요가 있음.

Das schlechteste Hotel in Florenz. Gibt's kein heißes Wasser .Das Klima funktioniert nicht. Mehrere Steckdosen haben Wackelkontakt oder funktionieren gar nicht. Ich habe die Rezeptionmitarbeiter höflich angesprochen wegen Mängelbeseitigung. Die Antwort war : Sie können direkt ausziehen. Unverschämt!!! Ich habe, leider, für 4 Nächte gebucht! Die behandeln die Gäste wie Fussabtreter.
Niemals 4 Sterne. Es gibt genug bessere Hotels in gleicher Preiskategorie in der Nähe

Fantástico, está muy cerca del centro y no hace falta coger bono de bus ni tranvía porque todo está cerca, a no ser que se quiera buscar grandes tiendas que ya hay que salir de la zona. La estación de tren principal está cerquita también, y allí se pillan buses y tranvía. Si se viene de la estación de tren de las afueras, el bus n° 23 te deja en la puerta del hotel.

Great hotel for the price you pay. A four star hotel is a fair rating considering the quality of amenities and services. Definitely an older hotel but kept clean and tidy. Quality upkeep in rooms allowed for a clean and comfortable stay. Linens are very clean and comfortable. The age of the hotel shows in its bathrooms but still very well cleaned and maintained. Complimentary breakfast is a very nice touch and served decent food considering it was included. Staff is extremely friendly, polite and hospitable! Definitely appreciated the stay.
