HOTEL ALBANI ^{* * * *}

Interesting hotel with big rooms and stylish furniture from the mid of 20th century. Photos of interesting moments from 70s and 80s all around. The stuff is polite, the rooms are cleaned regularly. The breakfast is good and offers good variety of food you can combine and eat. The location is great, very close to the Firenze central train station and bus station, and in the same time not far from the most famous tourist attractions. Inside it is quiet, there are wooden closures of the windows that can be closed from inside, if you like to have no light at the morning.

Die Antwort unten vom Hotel ist eine Lüge. Ich habe Videos als Nachweis gemacht, die deutlich zeigen, dass mehrere Steckdosen gar nicht funktionieren und dass das Wasser auf heißeste Stufe immer noch kein Dampf abgibt, ich halte ruhig die Hände drunter. Es ist schon lächerlich, wie wenig Respekt die Person von sich selbst presentiert, die die Antwort auf meine Rezension geschrieben hat. Ich habe Beweise, die stehen auch bei Youtube. Das kann man leicht finden, wenn man Hotename angibt.???????????? In diesem Hotel die Mitarbeiter denken, sie seien die großen Bosse und Touristen sind für sie. In Wirklichkeit sind es die Touristen, die Service bekommen hätten sollen.

Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, obwohl in der Beschreibung steht. Haben es reklamiert, das Personal behauptet, dass die Klimaanlage in März nicht an ist. Dies ist in unseren Augen eine Lüge, da die vorherigen Rezensionen aus März sagen, dass die Klimaanlage zu laut war.
In der Beschreibung ist die Klimaanlage angeführt.
Steckdosen teilweise mit Wackelkontakt, das Wasser ist nur für eine Person warm, für die zweite und dritte schon nur lauwarm.
Eine Bestätigung der Mängel wurder von uns angefragt, das Hotel weigert sich diese zu geben.
Das Frühstück mangelhaft in Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Florenz und in Italien.

Wir werden unseren Anwalt anschalten, für fast 1000 Euro ein paar Nächte ist es zu teuer und definitiv keine 4 Sterne Hotel.

Mänliche Personal an Rezeption ist unfreundlich, aber dies scheint eher für Florenz ziemlich typisch zu sein. Für uns aus Deutschland ist sowas aber unverschämt, da wir auch in den Ländern wie England, Schweiz Norwegen, Schweden etc. anderes gewöhnt sind. Das Hotel soll nicht vergessen, wer dem Personal die Arbeit und die Mittel zum Leben gibt; das sind wir, scwer arbeitende Kunden, die für ihr nicht zu wenig Geld ein wenig Service erwarten! Dies scheint das Hotel und die Personen, die da arbeiten, vergessen zu haben. Es ist einfach Mangel an Respekt für sich selbst an erste Reihe und ich habe es in vielen anderen Bewertungen gelesen.

Poore you, so unprofessional, we have pity about your poor attitude. Stop to lie and read HOW MANY 1* REZENSIONS YOU GOT LAST TIMES also from lot of other guests. You cant business, its not my fault that you don't like to spend money for reparation, it your one.????

TERRIBLE, terrible, terrible! Who often go to Florence and Italia and use different hotels, well understands that this hotel is an absolute nightmare. Compare to the other hotels for the similar price Albani Firenze is the worst one I ever seen. The staff is rude and outrageous! Bad an pure breakfast, no hot water – I can’t get a shower in the morning, only in the evening. Several things are broken in the room, too loud, bad cleaning. I asked for a solution on reception, very polite 3 days – WOW, this kind of attitude I’ve never seen, although I use to travel a lot! So rude, unpolite, so impudent. And it was not only one staff member, this were the different ones during 3 days. I saw the review videos by youtube showing the deficiency in the room, but too late. In the reality it much worse. Absolutely no respect to the guests. The hotel owner should shame himself about this hotel!
