La entrada es un piso por escalera si o si. No tengo constancia de que me hayan avisado de este dato. Es un limitante.
Las instalaciones estan bien pero si son alergicos abstenerse. Nosotros tuvimos una experiencia poco comoda por ese tema, lo pudimos resolver usando mascarilla pero casi nos complica el viaje.
Las cortinas era el foco.
La gente hiper atenta y simpática.

Room Mate Isabella is the best hotel we have stayed in on our 36 day European trip.
The location was perfect for transport, shopping, sightseeing, and especially food.
We didn't need to request anything extra because everything we wanted was already provided.
Alessandra provided a seamless and friendly check-in and check-out, filled with useful information and some tips about our stay in Florence.
Our room was always perfectly kept by the staff along with a top-up before bed time.
Breakfast with Antonello was the highlight of our stay. His joyful can-do attitude made us feel at home every morning and his perfectly made spread satiated our needs.
He made our Christmas Day breakfast a special occasion.
This will be our only accommodation in Florence for future visits.

This delightful hotel is very centrally located within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Its charming rooms are arranged with lovely attention to detail, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was just amazing.Alessandra assisted us with restaurant reservations and organized a private trip to Siena, complete with wine tasting. Antonello's exceptional service at breakfast, serving up delicious coffees and omelettes with a smile, truly enhanced our experience. Overall, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable!
For those sensitive to noise, earplugs might come in handy due to the quaint and characterful nature of this older building with thinner walls and the central location.
We’d 100% stay there again!

Perfect location! The staff were excellent and our rooms were lovely. I highly recommend the breakfast each morning too. Everyone was so nice and welcoming.

I recently stayed at Room Hotel Mate Isabella and while the location was fantastic, and the staff incredibly friendly, I was disappointed with the room. It had a persistent musky smell, felt uncomfortably humid, and the bed sagged in the middle, making for a restless night's sleep. The pillows were uncomfortable, the sheets felt damp, and the overall darkness of the room left it feeling more like a basement than a hotel room. Despite the positives, the room experience left much to be desired (especially for the price)

Fabulous hotel. Our room was perfect as was the location. Super staff. Florence has everything in a compact area. I highly recommend this hotel.

If you’d like to go shopping at Gucci, this hotel is right next-door. If you’d like to go shopping at fendi or bulgari this hotel will be so central to those stores. There’s some great shopping at a men’s shop called boggi, just down the street. Overall, the decor of this hotel is a little faded, it has striped wallpaper, really old school pictures, the rooms are kind of Square and little and not helped by having over large velvet drapes. I would recommend this place just for the location alone and the convenience of being able to drop off your purchases and then go shopping without having to carry them.

Room Mate Isabella was an INCREDIBLE stay!! We loved this hotel and would’ve stayed for many more days if we could’ve. The hotel was clean and safe, and in a great location. (We were 2 female travelers and felt safe and welcomed here).
The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They made reservations without hesitation and gave good city recommendations.
The room was amazing as well. The bed was comfortable and they offered enough pillows so that we had enough under our heads and could elevate our cankle-y feet at the end of the day. The bathroom was spacious and included a tub. It was just what we needed halfway through our trip. The AC was good.
The breakfast was fantastic. They served eggs (first time we found them on our trip!), lots of fruit, and pastries. The coffee was fantastic as well.
We loved their sitting room area with the prosecco and cookies. We often would go back for a break in our day just for those treats.
It was perfectly located to the main attractions of Florence. It was easy to walk wherever we wanted to go. Also, we travelled to Florence via the train station and it was an easy walk to/from there.
I would absolutely return to this hotel and recommend you check them out!

Best hotel on our journey in Italy so far the room has a lot of space and a unique interior with complimentary water and espresso, and the bathroom has a big space the receptionist is willing to help at any cost, I will recommend anyone for this hotel and if I’m planning to come to Florence again I’ll definitely go there.

Loved our stay at this hotel - Couldn't have been happier with the location, which is right in the centre of Florence and only a couple of minutes from the famous Duomo.
The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. There is also a lounge that is open for water/tea/coffee all day so that was a welcome escape from the heat! The breakfast was also very good.
However, the best thing about the hotel by far was the staff - They were all so kind and polite, nothing was too much trouble for them! The receptionist and the breakfast host in particular were really lovely and made us feel valued as guests.
The stairs to reception are a downside... But not enough to put us off and the hotel are very good at ensuring that you get help with your baggage - Overall, would definitely stay here again!
