The room itself is quiet old and dark. The view outside is not nice. The kitchenet is cheap, and pretty useless to really make a meal.

Had a great stay here. Thank you Gretta and your housekeeping staff. Room was spacious with high ceiling and was clean. This hotel is a hidden gem, located at such a prime location! Highly recommend the stay.

Tutto perfetto.

La struttura sorge a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella.
Strategicamente posizionata a due passi dalla cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore.
Data la dimensione della città,si è praticamente a portata di passeggiata per qualunque destinazione.
Sono super organizzati, accoglienza gentile e precisa, ti supportano in tutto con cordialità, invio messaggi via WhatsApp super dettagliati.
La camera era pulitissima, ottimamente arredata, bagno comodo, doccia spaziosa.
Mettono a disposizione dei clienti, bollitore e frigo bar in camera, macchina del caffè a cialde per uso comune, un frigo sempre rifornito di acqua fresca a prezzi super onesti!
Ci sono addirittura degli ombrelli per i clienti da poter utilizzare!!
Non si può dire assolutamente nulla fuorché, grazie per l'ineccepibile ospitalità.

Do NOT stay here. I am warning you for your own good. My sister and I dropped off our luggage to walk the streets of Florence and when we came back, our suitcases were cut open with a knife. Hotel manager even tried calling me a liar even though he saw my luggage all over the room. Be careful!

위치도 중심가에 안전하고 방도 매우 깨끗해요
화장실 매우매우 깨끗하고 와이파이 잘돼요!! (중요)
에어컨 빵빵하게 틀어놓을 수 있어요
엘베 있어서 계단 안올라가도 돼요
냉장고 샴푸 드라이기 수건 다 있고 수건은 매일 갈아주셔서 넉넉하게 사용 가능해요~
저는 새벽 2시반에 들어온 적이 있는데 안전했어요
사장님이 매우매우 친절하시고 왓츠앱 응답도 빨라요
중간에 좀 큰일이 있었는데 대처를 매우 잘해주셔서 여행에 지장은 없었네요~
여기 숙소 너무 좋았어서 지금 다른 도시인데 자꾸 생각나요ㅋㅋㅋ 여기 진짜 좋았는데~ 하면서ㅋㅋㅋ

다만 방음은 잘 안되는데 어차피 여행중이라 피곤해서 꿀잠 잘 잤어요

Muy cerca de todo, especialmente del Duomo. La administración muy amable en todo momento dando todo tipo de explicaciones de cómo llegar etc. La habitación buena, amplia. La ventana da a la calle, tiene doble ventana por lo que aísla sonido. Tiene aire acondicionado y nevera. La cama es amplia. El baño completo con amenities. La limpieza es buena.
