This is stunning boutique hotel in the centre of Florence. It's fit for a queen ???? I've had to spend a fair amount of time in the hotel room due to work commitments (unfortunately ) and it's been a delightful place for my base. It's full of old world charm but with excellent facilities. The staff are very friendly and welcoming too. I'm a solo female traveller and I highly recommend this hotel, it's in a very safe location.
It smells delicious too with Aquaflor home perfume fragrances scattered around the hallways and reception. ????????????????????

Ottima location in posizione strategica. Camera ampia con affaccio direttamente sulla piazza della signoria, ottima insonorizzazione.
Personale disponibile. Colazione servita in camera.

Miglior posto non potevamo scegliere per 3 giorni a Firenze, ottima ospitalità e gentilezza del personale,vista mozzafiato ,ottima insonorizzazione delle camere,non si sentiva nulla considerando che siamo in pieno centro, colazione da rivedere ma considerando l'ottimo prezzo ci sta.

Location was excellent and the view out to the Piazza from our room was like a postcard. The staff are super helpful as well for anything that you need. You are on the doorstep of anything you need. The price point is very much great value for money

Luogo magico nel cuore della citta'! Accoglienza magnifica grazie ad Eva, la dolcissima e gentile signora che ci ha accolto e coccolato rendendo il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile, dall ottima colazione servita in camera( calda, accogliente e profumata) fino alla possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche oltre l orario di permanenza. Super consigliato❣️

Ligger väldigt centralt, fin utsikt över torget, standarden kan höjas lite, trevlig personal i receptionen och det finns möjlighet att lämna väskor efter utcheckningen.

המיקום מעולה, ארוחת הבוקר קמצנית ולא מזמינה.
הדבר הכי גרוע זה שאין מים חמים במקלחת. מים קרים מאוד. לא התרחצנו יומיים.

Posto incantevole. Relais pulito ed accogliente Posizione strategica. Colazione varia e più che abbondante, servita con prodotti genuini. La stanza con affaccio su piazza della signoria sono la punta di diamante della struttura. Un ringraziamento particolare alla proprietaria per la sua disponibilità e gentilezza infinita.
