Abbiamo mangiato in questo locale martedì della settimana scorsa, a pranzo. Preferiamo sempre la parte sulla sn. rispetto al corridoio, più informale e più economica ma sempre di discreta qualità. Segnalo in particolare gli spaghetti cacio e pepe, davvero ottimi! Il personale è cortese e disponibile e l'atmosfera, molto intima, ricorda proprio quella di un bistrot parigino!

Sarà la bassa stagione, la crisi..... ma è già il secondo ristorante che tiene personale non addestrato che non conosce l ambiente o il menù che propone. Servire è un mestiere nobile non lo può far chiunque.
Si può rimediare sicuramente.
Il cibo non è male.

Locale molto raffinato, ambiente con musica in sottofondo (jazz) con piatti elaborati, materie prime ottime e sapientemente mescolate. Il servizio non mai invadente ma attento, pochi tavoli da seguire con attenzione, giusto. Il bagno è in linea col locale, cosa non sempre adeguatamente all’altezza. Ci tornerò ancora, questa recensione è frutto di più esperienze nel locale.
