In the district of Sant'Ambrogio, in front of the market, the elegant and authentic bistro Gilda offers a typical Florence cuisine, closely following the seasons. The welcome is warm, by Gilda herself, the mistress of the place. The recipes and cooking are precisely mastered: you will have to taste the pappa al pomodoro, a truly Tuscan dish. In fine weather, it is pleasant to have lunch on the terrace, but be careful, the tables are quickly taken over. The menu is in Italian, please do not hesitate to ask for advice.

Auténtica comida italiana. Un ambiente muy familiar y agradable, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Los precios muy razonables y las cantidades muy buenas.
No comemos carne, pero había varias opciones que se adaptaban a nuestras necesidades.
Destacar la exquisita salsa de tomate, sin duda la mejor que he comido en toda mi vida, indescriptible.

Il menù è quello tradizionalissimo toscano, ma senza antipasti. La preparazione e l’esecuzione sono state insoddisfacenti (tagliolino ai carciofi che sapeva solo d’olio e collo di gallina stopposo e poco saporito) il prezzo assolutamente esagerato per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Il totale per un tagliolino ai carciofi, un hamburger, un collo di gallina (“piatto povero della tradizione”), un dolce e due bicchieri di vino è venuto di 90 euro!!!! Ambiente molto gradevole e personale di sala attento e simpatico.
