Stumbled upon this restaurant, but I now know why it is a local favourite. Fabulous service from the moment we entered... efficient, friendly and casual. The Medici salad with fresh greens, pecans, apple, and pecorino cheese (I think) had only honey as the dressing, but that's all it needed. The balance of the textures and flavours made it a dish I'm going to try my best to replicate when I get home. For mains we had gnocchi (pistachio+pesto, very pillowy and a delicate sauce) and spaghetti carbonara (guanchale, egg yolk, Parm...to die for!). Fabulous selection of reasonably priced wines, plus several that I'm sure were awesome, but we're out of my price range. Can't recommend enough. Also nice that it was about 50m from our b&b (close, but not too close, to the Duomo and main square tourist attractions.

Excelente comida, fantástico atendimento. Ótima relação custo benefício. Fui jantar ontem, e gostei tanto que retornei para o almoço hoje. Destaque especial para a cordialidade de toda a equipe, principalmente do garçom Clevis.

Posto bellissimo, accogliente, il personale veramente professionale. Mi è piaciuto molto il fatto che si può anche intravedere la cucina, simbolo di grande pulizia, un altro campo dove ho trovato molta pulizia è il bagno, piccolo ma efficace. Qualità prezzo ottima. Molto bello da vedere invece è la bistecca fiorentina che viene servita ancora bollente

Ottima osteria, cibo molto buono e personale cordiale. Ottimo anche rapporto qualità prezzo. Dovessi ritornare a Firenze ci ritorneremo sicuro.
