Under the supervision of the rabbi of Florence, Rav Joseph Levi offers kosher cuisine with several vegetarian dishes in a simple but pleasant setting. The restaurant adjoins the synagogue and the attentive staff never fails to tell anecdotes about the construction of one of the most beautiful places of worship in Italy. An excellent rallying point for the Florentine Jewish community, but also for travellers from all over the world who love falafels, because here the recipe for chickpea dumplings is mastered. Nice kosher wine list.
