Cosy B&B with comfortable rooms in a villa near a lake and a beach.

Surrounded by a pretty garden, this small villa has plenty of charm in its verdant setting. It's close to the lake and its beach. Only 4 km separate it from the center of Sirmione. In all, 3 simple, clean and comfortable rooms with colorful walls. Ideal for those on a budget who are willing to stray a little from the center. The owners are the best part: they're so friendly and welcoming that you'll have a great time at their bed & breakfast. Bonus: good breakfast.

B&B molto carino, i signori che lo gestiscono estremamente educati e disponibili, abbiamo fatto una notte sola , io e la mia compagna, ma siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, in particolare dell'attenzione dedicata alla colazione inclusa, molto buona e ricca di scelta

Bellissimo bed&breakfast a due passi dal Lago. Gestori disponibili e super gentili. Colazione ottima e preparata accuratamente con prodotti freschi di giornata. La camera è sempre pulita e in ordine.

We had a rather uncomfortable experience staying in this B&B. During the summer, temperatures soared to 36 degrees, and the air conditioning was inefficient and lacked proper circulation. This made sleeping quite challenging as it felt extremely warm. If you move in the room, you will sweat and it felt like you were sleeping in an oven. We addressed our concerns with the property owners, who unfortunately didn’t speak English, and they didn't provide any helpful solutions except suggesting that we leave. Given that we paid 100 Euros per night, the situation was quite disappointing.
