Chambre très bruyante. Le téléphone a sonné plus de 20 fois pendant la nuit dans l'entrée de hôtel comme s'il était dans notre chambre. Aucun problème pour l'hôtelier quand on lui en a parlé le lendemain. Accueil désagréable.

Ubicato nel centro storica dispone di camere piuttosto piccole anche se funzionali tutto sommato. Un po’ scomodo per raggiungerlo perché in zona pedonale ed essendo le strade pavimentate in acciottolato è difficoltoso il traino delle valige. Molto comodo per l imbarco per l isola da San Giulio.

Un appunto negativo riguarda la modalità di contatto, sul sito c'è il numero urbano della struttura che però non è presidiata, infatti il check-in bisogna farlo all'hotel Leon D'Oro in piazza Motta per poi essere accompagnati qui. Basterebbe fare una deviazione di chiamata e tutto sarebbe più semplice. Il personale contsttato al telefono e poi incontrato è stato molto gentile e cordiale e casa importante, molto chiaro nelle spiegazioni!
L'albergo è in una viuzza laterale, ottima soluzione per non sentire i rumori della via che attraversa il borgo.
Locali tenuti bene, la camera arredata bene con i servizi dichiarati sul sito tutti presenti. Il cortiletto è ospitale e silenzioso. Il prezzo del pernotto per una doppia nella settimana di ferragosto mi sembra corretto (se fosse inclusa anche la colazione avrei dato 5 stelle).
L'auto deve essere lasciata nei parcheggi sopra il borgo, attenzione alle multe.

Cute and close to the main town square - the lady at reception (in a sister hotel) was very nice and helpful. There is a nice little courtyard perfect for hanging out in a more secluded, quiet setting. The room seemed clean, the only thing was that the bathroom drain was clogged so the shower would fill up with water and took ages to drain. Other than that nice
