Hotel of dream, luxury and charm in a pleasant setting with beautiful views in Stressa.

This historic establishment has been delighting visitors since 1861. Hemingway stayed here and a suite is dedicated to him. Velvet and gold drapes, Murano glass chandeliers, Art Deco atmosphere in the reception room with a breathtaking view of the lake, luxury and comfort in the rooms and suites, art galleries in the corridors, wellness area, spa, all in the center of a beautiful park. Major renovation work took place in 2020.

Un lieu magique , magnifique, hors du temps , au bord d un lac féerique. Le spa est incroyable également. A tester une fois dans sa vie .

non per la prima volta clienti ma sicuramente ultima esperienza !
5*L con il cannocchiale !
snack frigobar scaduto da 6 mesi , dove mio figlio ha preso e mangiato arachidi scaduti , ritenuto da loro non così grave perché sulla confezione c è scritto preferibilmente.
dopodiché aria condizionata non funzionante, ci dicono che purtroppo c era un problema !!!
Quindi quest hotel 5*L affitta camere a coppie con bambini neonati in un week end di freddo e tempesta con camere non riscaldate !
Dopo essermi arrabbiata per dare per l ennesima volta tutto per scontato mi cambiamo camera!
e nonostante disagi,spostamento, mal di pancia e sopratutto la nostra correttezza a non denunciare la roba scaduta in frigo neanche un minimo rimborso! l up grade di camera vista lago doveva bastarci ! patetici !
anzi si sono aggiunti servizio bar pessimo personale scortese
per me servizio qualità prezzo pessimo ! (quasi 2000€ x due giorni )
non siete PIÙ all altezza di quelle cifre !
