CRACCO CAFÉ

Having lost a Michelin star did not discourage this famous chef, a disciple of Gualtiero Marchesi and Alain Ducasse. In 2018 he opens his culinary sanctuary under the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. If the gastronomic restaurant remains rather unaffordable, the bistro and café on the ground floor are worth discovering. The setting is reminiscent of the bars of old Milan, the buns and coffees are exquisite, and the pizza, although expensive, is original, with its wholegrain dough and raw mozzarella.
