Rooms are small . But generally clean ... breakfast was good but no variety
It's mid April at noon my room was very warm I thought something was wrong with the thermostat. When I asked the reception he said all airconditiong for the rooms are turned of till May !
The hotel is located in a tight spot so don't expect flexibility in transportation .
Never the less it's very close to the domo and you can have a very good experience if you like shoping .

Op een ideale plek in Milaan, alles op loopafstand. Het ontbijt is voor Italiaanse begrippen uitgebreid.
Wil je voor relatief "weinig geld" op een toplocatie zitten en neem je een enkel ongemak op de koop toe dan is dit een prima hotel voor jouw, prijs/kwaliteit/(locatie) verhouding klopt.
Als je wat meer geld wil uitgeven dan aan de standaard kamer kies dan een de luxe room welke op de 10de en elfde etages zijn.
Modern en redelijk luxe ingericht in tegenstelling tot de goedkopere standaardkamers waar wel eens iets op aan te .erken valt.

Esperienza pessima e inqualificabile, il 6 marzo ho prenotato una doppia per 2 giorni (22 e 23 marzo) il 13 marzo è stata fatta una preautorizzazione sulla mia carta di credito per l'importo della prima notte al momento del saldo ho chiesto di aggiungere alla preautorizzazione la seconda notte e ho regolarmente pagato con carta di credito l'intero importo dovuto, nonostante ciò a pagamento effettuato, hanno richiesto un ulteriore autorizzazione sulla carta di credito per un importo superiore a quello della prima autorizzazione richiesta, bloccando di fatto la possibilità di utilizzare la somma di 266,50 dalla mia carta nonostante il pagamento già interamente versato, una situazione kafkiana, nonostante le mie ripetute telefonate non mi hanno dato una spiegazione logica. Ad oggi 28 marzo, la somma non è stata sbloccata, contrariamente a quanto asserito dall'hotel manager che mi ha risposto. Inoltre il servizio clienti di Nexi, oltre a non capacitarmi del motivo per cui a fronte di un pagamento contabilizzato per intero venga chiesta un ulteriore autorizzazione che di fatto blocca l'utilizzo della somma, mi ha assicurato che il codice ARN che mi è stato fornito, non può sbloccare la preautorizzazione. Ribadisco quanto affermato nella prima recensione MAI PIÙ IN QUEL POSTO, NON MI È MAI ACCADUTO NIENTE DI SIMILE.

Всё отлично. Отель идеально подошёл под наши задачи: близко к железнодорожному вокзалу, четыре человека (двое детей) разместились вполне комфортно, завтрак включён в стоимость номера - не пришлось тратить время на поиск кафе для завтрака и ожидание. Кровать большая и удобная, диван тоже не огорчил.
