On the side of Cimitero Monumentale, a nice gourmet stop for those who would like to escape from the culinary world. The tradition of ramen (a soup of Japanese origin) is offered here in all its splendor. However, the ingredients are all Italian, sourced from small producers. Thus the fine and soft noodles of the ramen are prepared by hand with wheat of the Botte. Cooked in beef broth (or seaweed for vegetarians), the result is divine. Another specialty is gyoz (Japanese ravioli) with pork and fermented cabbage.
