After the Stazione di Milano Centrale, this is one of the most important stations in the city: about 25 million passengers pass through every year. It is used by suburban, regional and national trains, as well as the TGV (high-speed train) connecting Milan and Paris (Gare de Lyon). From this station, you can reach the cities of Bergamo, Cremona, Varese, Turin, Bologna, Florence, Rome, Naples and Salerno by train. The station was opened in 1961 and takes its name from the nearby Garibaldi Gate of the ancient city walls.

Cette gare qui permet de prendre le TGV pour Lyon/Paris est pas très bien dotée en terme d'équipement, pas de sieges pour patiencer, un wifi qui marche pas et peu de cafés ... bref le temps est long

it has been improved for teh exhibition and now there are summons shops inside. Outside the area has bit rough At night so I would suggest to stay outside just the minimum necessary. Busy The has got many links dating thorugh here and trains to Lyon Paris leave from here. 2 underground lines are stop here. The impressive area around for the buildings (the famous bosco).
