LACS DE PALASINAZ

The high valley of Palasinaz is home to some very valuable natural treasures, including the famous Plateau des Lacs. An easy but long walk (plan to do just that in your day) from Estoul (1,884 m) takes you up to the Plateau des Lacs in four hours, via a forest road marked "itinéraire^{no 6} ". Route^no. 5A then leads to the Valfredda lakes (2,564 m), while route^no. 4 continues to the Bataille (2,484 m), Potcha (2,517 m) and Long (2,632 m) lakes.
