CAFFÈ DELLA POSTA

In the heart of Courmayeur, along the mundane promenade, the village's historic café retains its charm. In winter, it's nice to sit in an armchair with a frothy cappuccino and crunchy biscuits by the crackling fire in the stone fireplace bearing the town's coat of arms. The interior is made up of sofas and coffee tables, a real cocooning place. The famous digestive grolla is served here, a mixture of coffee and moonshine, with orange and lemon peel, flambéed just before being drunk with friends after a good meal.
