Among the dishes you must try are one of the six types of polenta with local sausages, ham rolls with melted cheese and apples, and veal escalope alla valdostana, breaded and gratinated with ham and mozzarella. For dessert, the honey and cream glazed chestnuts are devilish. Nice range of local wines.

At the end of the village's central street, here is a mountain and refined atmosphere where you can enjoy regional specialities like the risotto alla valdostana or polenta with cheese. The stone and wood interior guarantees a warm and romantic atmosphere.

This restaurant is located in the Val Ferret, a few kilometres from the centre of Courmayeur, close to the cross-country ski slopes. His name is the name of the bell that the cows wear around their necks. For the record, it was the grandchildren who took over their grandparents' restaurant, whose best recipes they jealously guard, sometimes revisiting them anyway. This restaurant specialises in grilled meat: here they all come from Italy, from Fiorentina to Chateaubriand, the noblest cuts of the beast are offered and even displayed in a window. All you have to do is choose. As for the pizzas, they are made with organic flours. For those who want to eat strictly Valle d'Aosta, don't panic, the restaurant also offers polenta concia and carbonade. There is something for everyone.
