This bar-restaurant is one of the historic sites of Sauze d'Oulx. It was here that Adolfo Kind settled in 1898 and began to slide on his skis, introducing the sport to Italy for the first time and giving the first lessons. An ideal place to take a break during your sports day, there is plenty of room, especially on the terrace, in the middle of the slopes, and the atmosphere is very friendly, with a warm welcome. Good pizzas, good dishes including polenta and chamois and, at night, torchlight rides.

Najlepsza knajpa na tej polanie. Rewelacyjna pizza na cieńkim cieście. Duży wybór jedzenia. Ceny ok. Leżaczki do opalania. Popołudniu gra DJ. Imprezowy klimat.

Servizio disgustoso, ho chiesto gentilmente se nel panino ci fosse pomodoro o cipolla, la signora alla cassa sbuffando mi risponde che è tutto scritto nel menu, lo leggo e vedo che nel panino che stavo scegliendo non stavano questi due ingredienti così decido di ordinarlo, mi arriva e faccio presente che invece stavano sia cipolla che pomodoro, sempre la stessa ha buttato un bestemmione perché gli ingredienti erano “sottointesi” gli chiedo gentilmente di togliermeli e si gira da schifo, per lo più il bacon “croccante” era una fettina super molle, avrei aspettato tranquillamente più tempo, ma se pago per un servizio mi aspetto che tale venga rispettato.
