A small family-run cantine with a quiet, authentic atmosphere, where you often bump into the locals. The food is good and the portions hearty. On the plate, typically Piedmontese cuisine made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, with a choice of three menu options (land, sea or vegetarian) depending on how hungry you are (note that the Piccolo already includes a starter, pasta, main course with side dish and dessert), as well as a varied menu and a good selection of pizze. Che dire....Siamo stati la sera di San Valentino con mia moglie, non ci andavo da parecchio perché abito un po lontano... ricordavo un bel ristorante con una bella cucina... Ma adesso è proprio il ????. Il gestore Daniele ci accoglie benissimo come se fossimo di famiglia e ci ha fatto stare bene, ma anche il resto dello staff è stato molto accogliente e sorridente! Non scontato negli ultimi tempi. Ma veniamo al pezzo forte! Cena a base di pesce: Guazzetto di moscardini da leccarsi i baffi, Spaghetto alle vongole mantecato con pesto e scorze di lime, profumatissimo, da mangiarsi anche i gusci????, e poi il burger di polpo con burrata e maionese al pistacchio.... No va beh... Lo chef si è superato! abbiamo mandato i complimenti in cucina perché raramente ho trovato una cura nei dettagli così accurata, e anche l impiattamento era ben fatto. Purtroppo per ingordigia non ci siamo lasciati uno spazio per il dolce, ma sarà una buona occasione per ritornarci!!! Grazie veramente perché è stata una piacevole serata! continuate così.
P.S. Anche le pizze sembravano molto buone da provare....
