SAGRA DEL SALAME 'D PATATA

For a whole weekend, the small Piedmontese town of Settimo Rottaro celebrates the potato and the pig! It is an opportunity to taste the specialties of the region and to feast with the locals and all the lovers of this event. The aim of the festival is to highlight the culinary traditions of Piedmont and to make people (re) discover the authentic ingredients and flavors, in particular by offering to taste the potato salami, typical of the Canavese.
